Community care does not happen by accident. It takes people willing to show up, advocate, organize, and support each other in ways both visible and behind the scenes.

Volunteer Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older, or emancipated, due to insurance and legal reasons.
  • No convictions for any violent offenses.
  • Must adhere to our values of respect, equity, acceptance, and advocacy.

Pride Volunteer Coordinator

Help organize volunteers and day-of-event staffing

Coordinate volunteer needs, scheduling, and communication for Ridgecrest Pride and related community events.

Commitment: Moderate ongoing commitment
Role Requirements: Reliable communication, comfort coordinating people, supportive of mission.

Community Outreach Volunteer

Help with outreach tables, flyers, and local visibility

Support public outreach, help share resources, and represent the organization at community-facing events.

Commitment: Flexible / event-based
Role Requirements: Friendly, respectful, dependable, community-oriented.
